How do I purchase an e-webie?

How long does a e-webie contract last for and how many times can I send it?
Your e-webie contract takes effect after your e-webie campaign is approved and finished. The e-webie campaign will last for one calendar year, with in that calendar year you may send your e-webie up to 60,000 times free of charge.

What happens if I go over my allotted email block per my contract?
If your campaign exceeds the allotted amount you will be charged accordingly. Please contact an agent to discuss additional e-mail blocks and pricing.

How do I purchase more email blocks?

How do I purchase additional e-webie campaigns?
Purchasing additional e-webie campaigns is as easy as sending your e-webie campaign, just click here or call (813)-523-6682 to speak with an agent.

What does all of this e-webie reporting mean and how do I use it?
Reporting is a key element in determining the effectiveness of what your trying to sell, promote or offer. Reporting numbers will allow for you to gauge your success from one campaign to another. It allows for you to understand your customers needs, patterns and interests. It also allows for effective downloading for usage in presentation reports or proof of ROI. How do I download my reports list?
There is a download button adjacent to the reports field that will allow you to download your reports into the Microsoft Excel application.

Can I view reports for all of my active e-webie campaigns?
Yes, by clicking on the reports button at the top of the e-webie administration header. Once in the e-webie reporting interface tool you can view numerous detailed reports and bar graph's that detail the success of your campaign. If you need assistance in understanding and utilizing your reports contact our client services department.

What are the costs for additional email blocks, outside of my 60,000 (per year)?

*Every e-webie campaign purchased includes an email block of 60,000 per campaign. Each e-webie account will consist of a one-time $300 administration set-up fee.
